Young at Any Age
Based on our Core Nutrition & Herbs Coaching Plan, this seven-week live online course will help you make practical, sustainable lifestyle changes to support longevity and overall well-being. Each 90-minute session includes a 30–45-minute lecture followed by 45–60 minutes of interactive group coaching.
We’ll focus on manageable, meaningful shifts in nutrition, herbs and supplements, movement, sleep, stress management, and mindset. By the end of the course, you’ll have a clear, actionable plan to enhance your health and longevity, tailored to your personal goals.
